CLASSROOM RULES

• Arrive on time (Detention for each lateness).
• Bring a pen or pencil.
• Participate in class (more below).
• Keep your classwork and homework in a folder.
• Check your grades weekly.
• Chromebook needs to be charged and brought to class.

Grading

40%: Participation

• Pay Attention.
• No side conversations or comments out of turn.
• No put-downs; Respect others' feelings and opinions.
• Contribution to group and class discussion.
• Classwork.
• you will lose 25 points toward your weekly participation grade for each class period/class work assignment missed. If you are absent you must make sure to do the make up work).

25% Tests/quizzes/class projects
15% Final exam
20% Homework

• All homework assignments are due at the beginning of the class period following lab day.
• -10 points for each day a homework assignment is late.
• 0 points if an assignment is not submitted by the end of the week.
